The home of Blender Gallery on Paddington's Elizabeth Street has sold with approved plans for a major renovation.

The commercial terrace at 16 Elizabeth Street features a freestanding two level studio at the rear of its 100 sqm site.

Plans approved earlier this year allow for three separate rental revenues with approval to renovate and add off-street parking.

Last traded for $1,325,000 in 2016, BresicWhitney Darlinghurst agents Ivan Bresic and Michael Seally were asking $1.55 million following its unsuccessful auction campaign. 

They initially sought $1.6 million.

Blender Gallery was established in 2001 and sells prints and iconic images of music and musicians over the last 50 years.

Blender Gallery has become the major brand in fine art music photography in Sydney, Australia.
