Commercial auction clearance rate in Sydney improves: CoreLogic

For the week ending the 14th October there were 27 reported commercial auctions with a 48.1 percent clearance rate, compared to the previous week’s 45 reported at 44.4 percent, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

This is almost half the reported volume as the same period last year, with a total of 53 auctions recorded and a 64.1 percent clearance rate.

Over the four weeks ending 14th October, there were 132 commercial auctions reported with 71 results reported as sold.

The total value of the 43 sold results reported with a price was just short of $90.3 million.
