Commercial agents Burgess Rawson clear $47m in one afternoon

Commercial estate agents Burgess Rawson have cleared $47 million in one afternoon of property sales, with the highest being a $5,920,000 NSW Government sale in Hornsby with a yield of 1.89%.

The highest figure paid for a non-government client was for an Aldi supermarket in Dural, with a $4,600,00 sale representing a yield of 5.92%.
