Canberra apartment resale losses soar: CoreLogic Pain and Gain

The performance of house and unit resales across Canberra has continued to diverge over the past quarter, according to CoreLogic's Pain and Gain report.

The property data firm says that 9.6% of all dwellings resold at a loss over the quarter, split 3.4% of houses and 25.5% of units.
