Balwyn median house price at $3.1 million: Investar

Balwyn has emerged as the most expensive Victorian locality for purchasing houses, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that the median house price at Balwyn is $3.1 million.

This is followed by Kew with $2.975 million and Camberwell with $2.5 million.

A five bedroom house at 76 Belmore Road, Balwyn (above) has been listed for sale with $3 million to $3.3 million price guidance.

Similarly a five bedroom house at 1 Raynes Street, Balwyn (below) was sold on March this year for $3.115 million.
