Darling Point had a great year. Its 12 sales triggered a $5.6 million best median price place on CoreLogic top list of 2017.

Dawes Point topped the apartments list.

Point Piper was excluded from calculations as it did not see the sale of 10 or more houses, but it did rank third with apartments.

Darling Point house sales included a four bedroom at 14 Thornton Street that fetched $7.06 million.
