An office space on the fringe of the Tweed Heads CBD in far north coast NSW has been leased by Ray White Commercial.
The nearly 52 sqm space at 3/28 Recreation Street was leased to Changing Homes Australia by Darren Jones of Ray White Commercial GC South on behalf of a private owner.
The property has been leased for one year at a net rental of $14,872 per annum.
“This was an appealing office suite in a popular and well-presented complex,” Jones said.
The property recently underwent a makeover. The tenancy has a glass front reception area, work space and a storage area.
