Regional Victoria's median dwelling price hits $300,000: CoreLogic

The median dwelling price in regional Victoria is $300,000, up from $273,001 five years ago, according the December 2016 Housing Affordability Report from CoreLogic.

The median dwelling value across regional NSW now costs 6.6 times the median annual household income, according to CoreLogic.

Property Observer found this single level two bedroom family home at 80 Inglewood Drive Enfield on the market for between $275,000 - $300,000.
