The worst five postcodes for mortgage arrears in NSW and Queensland

Mortgage arrears are on the rise, with 28 of Australia’s 65 regions now considered to have high mortgage delinquency. 

According to Moody's, Queensland and WA have been the hardest hit, with NSW not far behind. 

The five worst postcodes for mortgage arrears in NSW are:

2766 (Eastern Creek, Rooty Hill)

2761 (Colebee, Dean Park, Glendenning, Glendenning DC, Hassall Grove, Oakhurst, Plumpton)

2760 (Colyton, Oxley Park, St Marys)
