AFM drops three year fixed rates to 5.09%

Lender Australian First Mortgage has cut its three-year rate from 5.19% to 5.09%.

AFM has lowered two-year fixed rate from 4.83% to 4.78%.

AFM managing director Tanya White told The Advisor AFM regularly looked for opportunities to review its interest rates outside of the Reserve Bank’s cash rate movements.
