The negative gearing argument

Observer Catherine Cashmore's article on Property Observer on Monday about the unpleasant consequences to expect from the housing boom was tweeted out on our official @propertyobs account.

After this, both Cashmore and Brad Caldwell-Eyles, a real estate agent and principal of 1st City-Hasemer+Caldwell, had a twitter discussion about negative gearing.
