Check date of sales contract

Plenty of time now given the recent arrival in the new financial year. So if you are you intending to sell a property at a loss this financial year and offset the loss in your tax return against capital gains derived during the year there's plenty of time?

Make sure the sales contract is dated on or before June 30.
