Victoria's Geelong nets clearance rate of 67.9%: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne's Geelong holds a preliminary clearance rate of 67.9% from a total of 43 reported auctions for the week ending 8 November, according to CoreLogic RP Data's latest Property Market Indicator Summary.

Nationwide, the Gold Coast had a preliminary clearance rate of 55.9% from a total of 58 reported auctions.

The Hunter region in New South Wales recorded 53.3% from 50 auctions.
