Sydney's eastern suburbs holds 84% preliminary clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney's eastern suburbs region had a preliminary auction clearance rate of 84.0% from 116 total auctions for the week ending 6 September, according to CoreLogic RP Data's property market indicator summary.

The inner south west held 124 total auctions with a preliminary clearance rate of 79.6%. North Sydney and Hornsby held a total of 154 auctions with a preliminary clearance rate of 83.6%.
