Sydney’s clearance rate under 60% CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney’s clearance rate is under 60 per cent for the third week in a row for the week ending 22 November, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Market Indicator Summary.

Melbourne’s clearance rate stayed under 70% for the fifth week in a row.

Nationally, some 3,087 auctions were held during the week with the preliminary national clearance rate has fallen to 60.8% from 62.3% last week.
