Sydney new property listings up 16.6% year on year: CoreLogic RP Data

The number of new properties listed for sale in Sydney is 16.6% higher when compared to last year, according to figures released by CoreLogic RP Data.

Melbourne listings are up 11.5%, a 12 month change of -6.5%.
