Sydney best performing capital city: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney is the best performing capital city over the three months to June 2015, according to new figures released by CoreLogic RP Data.

The CoreLogic June RP Data Hedonic Home Value Index found the most expensive city is Sydney with a median dwelling price of $772,000. The most affordable city is Hobart, with a median dwelling price of $315,000.
