Surfers Paradise beach shack yet to sell

A beach shack in Surfers Paradise was passed in at $800,000 at recent auction.

The estate on 405 sqm is 150 metres to the beach. 

It was advertised as a development opportunity.

The 204 Surfers Parade has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The property hasn't been traded in over 30 years, when the current owners paid $40,000 in 1984.
