A five-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 118 Macaulay Road, Stanmore sold for $3.65 million under the hammer last week – about $350,000 above its reserve.

Belle Property Annandale agents Robert Clarke and Michael Field sold the property, Lynwood.

It is set on a 680sqm parcel, available for the first time in 30 years.

The tightly-held 1897 home boasts only three previous owners.
