The 2,238 sqm parcel of land was listed by Elders real estate agent, Alastair Lias and Dean Costello. 

The property fetched around the $900,000 mark according to Mr Lias. 

Located in the Perricoota Run Estate, the home features full twin Toshiba reverse cycle air conditioning, underfloor Hydronic heating system which extends to the garage area. 

The home also has five car spaces, fully landscaped gardens, a large water tank and a fully automatic subterranean watering system.
