There were ten registered to bid, four that got to after the $5.3 million opening bid when the Roberts family auctioned their Randwick home on the weekend.

The 8 Dick Street renovated home was knocked down at $6.11 million, just shy of the $6.2 million record on St Marks Road secured four years ago.
