Poly Real Estate are launching the second stage of the Poly Horizon development in Sydney's in Epping Saturday May 7, with studio apartments starting from $420,000, one-bedroom and study apartments starting from $555,000, two-bedroom apartments from $820,000 and three-bedroom apartments from $1.4 million.

The second stage release features 266 apartments across two towers.

Poly marketing director Philip Best, says the first stage sold 83 percent within five hours of launch.

CBRE residential projects senior director, Tim Rees said the project has also been particularly popular with higher-net worth first home buyers, the majority of whom plan to be owner-occupiers.

“We’re expecting a similar result to the launch of Stage One as we’re already seeing a significant level of interest in the project’s second stage,” he said.
