Ouyen is the cheapest place to purchase a house in Victoria, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that the average median price of a house in Ouyen is $120,000.

This is followed by Dimboola with $124,500 and Red Cliffs with $125,000.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 3 Henderson Street, Ouyen (below) has been sold for $134,000.
