Outer East Melbourne posts 79.6 percent clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne's preliminary auction clearance rate came in at 73 percent for the week ending February 21, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The best performing region was the Outer East with a clearance rate of 79.6 percent, with all regions but the Mornington Peninsula posting clearance rates of at least 70 percent.

The Mornington Peninsula preliminary clearance rate came in at 62.5 percent.
