Outer East leads Melbourne's clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

The Outer East region of Melbourne holds an auction clearance rate of 89% from a total of 96 auctions for the week ending 26 July 2015.

Inner Melbourne had the most number of auctions for the week with 141 and a clearance rate of 73.5%, according to the CoreLogic RP Data Property Market Indicator Summary. 

The lowest clearance rate was in the Inner East region, with 69.1% from 76 auctions.
