NSW clearance rate at 55%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 13 December show a preliminary clearance rate of 55% from 869 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 236 were sold at auction within NSW, 216 passed in and 117 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout sale in the Sydney suburb of Caringbah was a four bedroom home on a huge block of land that sold for $2,530,00 at 221 Burraneer Bay Road. The median price for a home in Caringbah is $1,046,125, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
