NSW auction results show preliminary clearance rate of 74%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday 27 September show a preliminary clearance rate of 74% from 1193 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 405 were sold at auction within NSW, 196 passed in and 201 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Maroubra sold for $500,000 above reserve - a three bedroom home on 1011.7sqm which sold for $3,700,000.
