NSW auction results show 78% preliminary clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 6 September show a preliminary clearance rate of 78% from 995 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 473 were sold at auction within NSW, 138 passed in and 181 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Alexandria sold was a three bedroom, three bathroom on 60 Kingsclear Road that sold for $1.55 million. The median price for a house in Alexandria is $1,375,500.
