North West strongest as Melbourne's clearance rate hits 67.7%: CoreLogic RP Data

Only 90 auctions were held in Melbourne for the week ending 4 October, with a preliminary clearance rate of 67.7%, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

This marks the third lowest clearance rate for the year.

The North West region reported eight of the ten auctions successful and the South East region had the highest number of auctions at 21.
