North East Melbourne posts 68.4% clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Preliminary clearance rates in Melbourne came in at 63% for the week ending 6 December, down from the previous week's clearance rate of 65.9%, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The best performing clearance rates were found in the Mornington Peninsular, 69.4%, and North East Melbourne, 68.4% from 152 auctions.
