New South Wales clearance rate at 61%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 15 November show a preliminary clearance rate of 61% from 1200 total scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 317 properties were sold at auction within NSW, 243 passed in and 214 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout sale in the Sydney suburb of Blakehurst, 71 Terry Street, was a six bedroom home that sold for $2,980,000. The median price for a home in Blakehurst is $1.5 million, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
