New South Wales auction results show 64% clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 1 November show a preliminary clearance rate of 64% from 1361 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 481 were sold at auction within NSW, 271 passed in and 191 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Roseville Chase sold was a four bedder on a 935sqm corner block at 10 Lockley Parade Roseville Chase
that sold for $2.16 million. The median price for a house in Roseville Chase is $1,810,000.
