National auction clearance rate lowest in 2015: CoreLogic RP Data

The national preliminary auction clearance rate for the week ending 6 December is at its lowest in 2015 at 59.2%, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

According to CoreLogic RP Data over the same weekend last year, 3,507 homes were auctioned with a clearance rate of 63.7%

Auction numbers this week were 3,209, down for last week's yearly high of 3,729.
