National auction clearance rate below 70%: CoreLogic RP Data

The preliminary clearance rate across the combined capital cities is below 70% for the 5th week in a row, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

According to CoreLogic RP Data's Market Summary for the week ending 18 October 2015, some 2,817 auctions  were held, down from last week's 3,016 properties.

The clearance rate was 68.6% this time last year, with smaller auction volumes.
