Melbourne's outer east holds 91.3% preliminary clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne's outer east region holds a preliminary clearance rate of 91.3% from a total of 89 auctions, according to the CoreLogic RP Data property market indicator summary for the week ending 6 September.

The inner south holds a preliminary clearance rate of 80.3% from a total of 172 auctions.
