Melbourne records preliminary auction clearance rate of 73.7%: CoreLogic RP Data Melbourne

Melbourne has a preliminary auction clearance rate of 73.7% for the week ending 13 September from 1,181 auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Property Market Indicator Summary.

This time last year 1,018 properties were auctioned to record a clearance rate of 73.4%.

The inner Melbourne region recorded a preliminary auction clearance rate of 71.2% from a total of 248 auctions. The north east region had a preliminary clearance rate of 80.6% from a total of 147 auctions.
