It was sold by Roz Hollwarth from Professionals Rockingham.

It last sold at $415,000 in 2007.

Positioned at 26 Canberra Close, the West Australian home comes with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, formal lounge /dining, and large living areas.

Other features include solar panels, extensive enclosed patio areas and full side gate access.

According to CoreLogic, the suburb's median house price is $370,000.
