Inner Melbourne scores clearance rate of 69.8%: CoreLogic RP Data

Auction volumes across Melbourne are the highest they have been this year, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Property Market Indicator Summary for the week ending 25 October.

Some 1,663 properties were auction during the week, with a preliminary clearance rate of 69.8%. Melbourne's inner region held 341 auctions with a clearance rate of 73.7%
