Grand finals upstage capital city auction markets: CoreLogic RP Data

The AFL and NRL grand finals, combined with the Labour Day long weekend saw the lowest clearance rate since the second week of February.

CoreLogic RP Data's preliminary auction clearance rate for the week ending 4 October found 841 properties were auctioned across the combined capital cities, with a preliminary clearance rate of 69.6%
