Government Property NSW sells nine more properties in Millers Point

Government Property NSW sold nine more properties in Millers Point through McGrath with the most expensive, 9 Lower Fort St (above), an eight bedroom five bath home, selling for $6,100,000 at auction.

The five bedroom property at 13 Lower Fort St sold for $4,000,000.

The six bedroom home at 35 Lower Fort St sold for $3,600,000, the five bedroom at 47 Lower Fort St sold for $3,360,000, the four bedroom home at 73 Kent St sold for $2,701,000 and the four bedder at 42 Argyle Place Millers Point sold for $2,650,000. The home at 54 Kent St sold for $2,125,000.

The 62 Kent St property sold for $1,900,000 and 60 Kent St sold for $1,750,000.
