Gold Coast records 41.4% clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

The Gold Coast recorded a preliminary auction clearance rate for the week ending 6 December of 41.4% from 66 total auctions. according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Melbourne's Geelong region recorded a  of 60% from a total of 56 auctions.
