Ellenbrook, WA mortgagee home sells for second consecutive loss

An Ellenbrook, West Australia mortgagee home has been sold for $420,000.

It was the homes second consecutive loss.

In 2008 the then brand new three bedroom, two bathroom property on 660 sqm sold for $520,000, before selling for $450,000 in 2010, the last time it traded.

It had been scheduled for a February auction.

Built in 2007, the listing notes that it is freshly painted throughout with the marketing material describing it as a "fantastic opportunity for the savvy buyer."

It is located in 'Charlottes Vineyard’ with easy access to the new Lord Street upgrade and newly opened Tonkin Highway.

The median price for a house in Ellenbrook is $335,000, according to CoreLogic data.
