This is the longest couch Property Observer has possibly ever seen.

It is in a recently sold Paddington terrace with heated Kota bluestone floors.

The living dining space is 3.1 metres wide by 12 metres long.

The couch runs from the stairs to the kitchen.

It sold through BresicWhitney agent Macleay Longhurst.

The 360 South Dowling Street terrace fetched $1.36 million despite its minimal interiors.

The backyard comes with a decent wooden couch too.
