Designer McKinnon cottage sells at $1,705,000

The fashion designer Natalie Coyle and her husband Scott Sheezel, who run Tilkah boutiques around Melbourne, have sold in McKinnon.

Their three-bedroom property at 3 Lysbeth Street sold ahead of its scheduled August 29 auction.

Buxton’s Simon Wood secured the $1,705,000 sale.

It last sold at $630,000 in 2006.
