Combined capital city clearance rate at 71 percent: CoreLogic RP Data

The combined capital city preliminary auction clearance rate for the week ending 7 February came in at 71 percent from 854 reported auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

According to CoreLogic RP Data, all capital cities recorded a stronger preliminary clearance rate for the week ending 7 February than the end of 2015.
