Combined auction clearance rate down to 66.6%: CoreLogic RP Data

Auctions for the week ending 25 October made for the second lowest clearance rte recorded all year, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Property Market Indicator Summary.

Some 3,086 homes were auctioned nationally last week, with the preliminary clearance rate of 66.6% down from 67.4% last week. According to CoreLogic RP Data the clearance rate has been below 70% for six weeks in a row.
