Clare sits as second fastest median house price mover in South Australia: Investar
Renmark has the highest house price median growth in all South Australia localities, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that Renmark’s house median price increased by 29% in the last year.
This is followed by Clare with 17% and Coober Pedy with 16%.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 23 Agnes Street, Clare (below) was sold in February this year for $425,000.
