Canberra emerges as summer's strongest capital city property market

Canberra was the weekend's strongest auction capital cities with 75.6% of listings finding buyers.

Brisbane was the weekend weakest capital city sitting at around 44%, according to CoreLogic.

Geelong was the strongest region with a 77.8% auction clearance rate.

Canberra's prices ranged from $385,000 for a two bedroom villa at 44 Goldner Circuit, Melba (pictured above) to $2.12 million for a three bedroom home at 58 Leichhardt Street, Griffith.
