Beacon Lighting's chief executive, Glen Robinson has his three-level Richmond townhouse listed through Marshall White agent Stuart Evans.

The October 17 auction is tipped to yield $1.5 million-plus for the three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse.

The 6 Allans Place offering has a mix of polished concrete floors and Australian pale wood flooring.
