Designed by <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/group-gsa">GroupGSA</a>, Aeris is the most visionary stage yet in Melrose Park. The two 20 and 24-level towers, significantly higher than what has come before in the Melrose Park masterplan, will feature 468 apartments. There will also be a smaller&nbsp;seven-level building atop a common basement podium.&nbsp;

'Aeris' derives its name from the Latin word 'aer,' meaning 'air.' The name captures the essence of the limitless sky and expansive vistas that this stage offers. Aeris embodies a sense of openness, symbolising boundless possibilities and the freedom of vast, open spaces.&nbsp;

Lewis Land unveils Palm House, Harbour Shores latest stage

Local South East Queensland builder-developer Gardner Vaughan Group has kicked off another in a long line of new mixed-use developments in Brisbane's inner ring.

This time they're developing in Nundah, where the family-run business has called its HQ for over a decade.

Gardner Vaughan kicks off construction at Danby Lane, Nundah

Leading Australian developer and builder, Coronation Property Group, has officially broken ground to mark the start of construction at its new $250 million mixed-use residential and commercial development at Chatswood.

Located at <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/57-61-archer-street-chatswood">57-61 Archer Street</a>, close to the Chatswood Chase and Westfield Shopping Centres, the 32-level&nbsp;development has been recognised as a State Significant Development (SSD) by the NSW Government’s Housing Delivery Authority (HDA). It will deliver over 150 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments.

Designed by global architectecture firm Woods Bagot, the project will also feature 2,500 sqm of retail and commercial space on the ground level, with a restored heritage building repurposed for fine dining, wellness facilities, and a communal landscaped open space for residents.

The sod turn event was led by Coronation’s Head of Urban Transformations, Aras Labutis, and attended by Coronation’s Executive and Development Teams; Project Partners and consultants, Urban Taskforce CEO Tom Forrest and the Member for Willoughby and Shadow Minister for Small Business and Shadow Minister for Fair Trading, Work Health and Safety and Building, Tim James.
